Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officier provide the key support to the rest of the committee within each of their teams
- Finance Manager
To oversee the financial management of Pride. This includes all elements of compliance, preparing of annual accounts and VAT returns. Ensuring there appropriate and robust procedures in place within the organisation including the budget.
- Funding Team Manager
To lead and coordinate the income generating activities. This includes ensuring there is sufficient income to fund ongoing operations and maintaining relationships with key funding stakeholders.
- Human Resource Manager
To oversee the efficient operations of the Pride Committee including meeting logistics, agenda and minutes / outputs preparation and document control.
- Marketing Team Manager
To pro-actively manage the promotion of Reading Pride throughout the year by maximising awareness, attendance and income associated with the parade and festival. Oversee the activities of the Marketing Team.
- Operations Team Manager
To lead the Operations Team in management of the festival site throughout the festival build/takedown process as well as year in planning of the operations/procurement.
