To pro-actively manage the promotion of Reading Pride throughout the year by maximising awareness, attendance and income associated with the parade and festival. Oversee the activities of the Marketing Team.
- Advertising Executive
To pro-actively promote and manage opportunities for commercial advertising sales across all available platforms including printed material, online and social media.
- Graphic Designer
To be able to deliver high impact graphic design bringing a fresh style and vibrancy across multiple platforms both print and online.
- Parade Marketing Coordinator
To oversee all marketing activities related to the Pride Parade, ensuring that opportunities are maximised for exposure and engagement with the Parade not only with participants but also local business etc.
- Public Relations Coordinator
To pro-actively develop and maintain relationships with the media both locally and nationally. Managing of all output including press releases to ensure there is high quality coverage across all mediums throughout the year.
- Social Media Coordinator
To manage and monitor all relevant social media channels with regular and appropriate content including our Blog, Facebook Page and Twitter feed.
