Operations Team Vacancies
Focus on the physical side of pride, from sourcing bars stage etc to the building and talking down of the site.
- Entertainments Manager
To pro-actively manage all elements of the festival`s entertainment offering. This includes ensuring a strong line-up across all stages within agreed budgets.
- Operations Team Manager
To lead the Operations Team in management of the festival site throughout the festival build/takedown process as well as year in planning of the operations/procurement.
- Parade Manager
To lead the planning and management of the Reading Pride Parade, maximising opportunities for engagement, support and income. Oversight and management of the Parade team.
- Health & Safety Officer
To pro-actively ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation, regulations and best practice for pride as well as taking an active leadership role throughout the period of site operations.
- Main Stage Coordinator
To manage all elements of the Main Stage at the festival. This includes efficient planning of all activities that is able to deliver a professional offering throughout the event.
- Operations Officer
To provide support to the Operations Team in management of the festival site throughout the festival build/takedown process as well as year in planning of the operations/procurement.
- Procurement Manager
To pro-actively coordinate tenders and suppliers of equipment needed at the festival.
