Accessibility at Pride
Reading Pride aim to make our event accessible for everyone who attends.
Reading Pride has made reasonable adjustments to the area to provide access to the event site. We will be providing accessible facilities to which stewards, volunteers and security staff will be able to show you where these are, and escort you through crowds if required. A British Sign Language interpreter will be present on our main stage whilst we are unable to provide a safe space we recommend that you locate yourself so that you are able to enjoy the performances. Assistant dogs are welcome. All stewards, security and volunteers will be briefed on procedures for assisting those who are in need of accessibility.
You can email firstname.lastname@example.org or text RDGPRD followed by your message to 07786 200 690 for any accessibility enquiries you may have, we are able to provide a video call service for BSL users if required. Please note that these contact details are for access issues regarding facilities for the Deaf, blind, disabled and older Pride attendees only.
