What should I wear?
There is no dress code but as it is difficult to predict the weather we suggest comfortable clothing. If you wish to dress according to our theme then this is encouraged.
How much does it cost to enter?
Reading Pride is a FREE-to-enter event.

When is the event?
This years' event will take place on Saturday, 2nd September 2017.

Where does the event take place?
Kings Meadow in Reading, which is off of Napier Road. It is a short walk from the train station.
How do I take part in the parade?
The Parade starts outside Reading Station's new south enterence.

How do I book marketplace pitch?
Our marketplace pack will be available in the spring-time.
Are there any other Reading Pride events throughout the year?
We try to run as many fundraising and awareness events throughout the year as we can.

When can I book tickets for the VIP Enclosure?
VIP tickets will be available for sale in the run-up to the event, Click Here to sign-up for our newsletter and check back as the big day approaches.
Pride Life Members receive discounted admission to the VIP Enclsoure.
Can I bring my dog?
Dogs are welcome on site.
However, the event can be noisy and there is limited shelter, so discretion is advised.
How can I volunteer?
Reading Pride is run by unpaid volunteers and we need your help to make Pride happen!

Can I bring my own food and drink?
Yes, you can bring personal supplies of food and soft drinks in sealed containers.
Alcoholic drinks cannot be brought onto the site. We perform checks on entry and reserve the right to confiscate anything we consider to contain alcohol or drugs.
Can I bring my children?
Yes, we are a family friendly event and encourage everyone to come along. We do ask that young children are supervised at all times.
Are there any age restricted areas?
The sale of alcohol is strictly over 18s and we operate a Challenge 25 policy.
In the past we have considered age restricted areas so if this is something you are interested in running, then please get in contact with us.
